Electric vehicles are the product of the 19 th century and have only been active in the automobile consumer market in recent years.most of existing models continue to use the traditional cars.Facing increasingly critical consumers,if electric cars still "copy" traditional cars in shapes,the market will be difficult to continue.At present,except for a few brands to create a better aerodynamic image,the wind resistance of electric vehicles in the market is uneven.Most models have a large Cd,which leads to short range and a disadvantage in market competition.Based on the traditional simulation method of modeling wind resistance CFD,this paper optimizes the design of some electric vehicle modeling wind resistance in the market.This paper extracts the relationship between the modeling elements of the existing models and the wind resistance coefficient,summarizes the development trend of the electric vehicle modeling,and uses the rhino to establish a 3D simple model of a certain model,on the basis of which the front face and tail spoiler modeling with different parameters are set up and analyzed into the ANSYS FLUENT.In order to improve the calculation efficiency,this paper adopts the calculation mode of the Standard k-? model in the calculation process,through the velocity vector diagram and static pressure diagram visual contrast analysis;Finally,the optimization design of the original model is carried out by synthesizing several groups of calculation results,and the results are CFD to verify that the optimization model is 0.1 less than the original model wind resistance coefficient,which provides a reference for the future body modeling design.
