With the special needs of special equipment,the demand for mechanical parts requires elaborate design and production,especially the slewing bearing as an important part of the machinery industry.The slewing bearing connects and supports mechanical components through rolling elements and inner and outer rings.Therefore,the research on the slewing bearing is inseparable from the contact problem,especially the bearing capacity on the raceway,which directly affects the service life of the slewing bearing.The design of non-standard slewing bearing requires theoretical verification of it under the conditions of use and finding the best working environment through experiments is of great significance in engineering applications.In this paper,the non-standard cross cylindrical roller slewing bearing is used as the research object to analyze the load of the roller and the raceway through the Hertz contact theory;Calculate the theoretical life using the bearing curve of the slewing bearing combined with the theoretical formula;The single-axis analysis system of Romax software was used to analyze the influence of the slewing bearing under different axial loads,radial working clearance and working temperature on the load of the raceway and rolling elements,the contact stress of the raceway and the life of the slewing bearing.Displacement,slewing bearing stiffness and oil film thickness analyze the cause of life change.The work content and conclusion of this article are as follows:(1)A comprehensive introduction to the contact problems of slewing bearings and the use of limited analysis methods based on the current research situation at home and abroad.The Hertz contact theory is used to analyze the slewing bearing under the axial load and the overturning moment.The relevant formula is used to simplify the slewing bearing load and force form.(2)Using the bearing curve of the slewing bearing combined with the size parameters of the non-standard slewing bearing,the safety factor and the theoretical service life of the static load are calculated under the required conditions,and the design of the slewing bearing meets the requirements of use.(3)Using Romax software combined with detailed parameters to establish a single-axis analysis model,the maximum load of non-standard slewing bearings under different axial loads under the premise of meeting the service life of the slewing bearings is about 27.8T.Experimental data shows that with the increase of axial load: the load of the rolling element and the raceway surface increases,but the increasing trend slows down,the contact stress of the raceway surface increases,and the maximum contact stress distribution area increases and the service life gradually Decrease,but the trend of decrease becomes slower,the relative displacement of the inner and outer rings gradually increases,the rigidity of the slewing bearing increases overall,and the minimum oil film thickness gradually decreases.(4)The effects of different radial working clearances on the bearing capacity of the rolling elements and the raceway surface,the value and distribution of the contact stress on the raceway surface,and the service life were studied.The experimental data shows that the best working clearance range of the slewing bearing is-0.01 ~ 0mm,with the increase of the clearance in this range: the contact stress tends to be stable,the life of the slewing bearing tends to be stable,and the relative displacement of the inner and outer rings increases,the stiffness of the slewing ring increases linearly,and the minimum oil film thickness is stable at1.483 ?m.(5)The effect of different temperatures on the slewing bearing is discussed,and the influence form of 7253 aviation grease is studied in detail.When the use temperature of the slewing bearing is-40 ? ~ 120 ? can meet the use conditions,play a role in lubrication of the slewing bearing,when the temperature is greater than 120 ? the life of the slewing bearing gradually decreases with increasing temperature.The analysis of the thickness of the oil film reveals the reason for the decrease in life.It is found that when the thickness of the oil film is less than 0.2044?m,it does not meet the lubrication conditions between the rolling element and the raceway surface.
