In this paper,the design of FBG demodulation system is carried out to realize the on-line monitoring requirement of smart grid system through fiber grating sensing technology,and the demodulation system applied to temperature monitoring of smart grid is developed.The demodulation system has the advantages of high precision,small volume and easy installation.After deciding to choose fiber grating sensing technology to realize on-line monitoring of smart grid system,the sensing principle,temperature and stress characteristics of fiber grating sensor are introduced in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used demodulation methods at present are compared.Finally,the tunable F-P filtering method is selected as the demodulation method in this paper.In order to improve the multiplexing ability of the system,hybrid multiplexing technology is selected to construct distributed sensing network,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of demodulation system.By referring to the design scheme of other demodulation systems,this paper formulates the module of demodulation system,and makes the performance index of this demodulation system by the actual need of smart grid temperature measurement,analyzes and understands the advantages and disadvantages of the devices used in the modulation system,selects the device according to the system index and optimizes reasonably,completes the design of the demodulation system on-line monitoring interface and the operation of related instructions through the Labview software development platform,and realizes the need of on-line monitoring of the temperature measurement system.Demodulation accuracy is an important index to judge the performance of demodulation system.In order to improve the demodulation accuracy,this paper optimizes the traditional wavelet threshold denoising algorithm and analyzes the kinds of noise that may exist in the demodulation system and its causes.In this paper,a new threshold function is constructed based on the soft and hard threshold functions.Matlab is used to simulate different signals to verify their reliabilityIn order to verify the actual temperature measurement of the demodulation system,the temperature-wavelength correspondence of the demodulation system is obtained by heating and cooling experiments.In the experiment,the measured performance index ofthe demodulation system is given,and the on-line monitoring of the temperature measurement system is realized.
