In recent years,the Chinese government attaches great importance to the line loss management of the domestic power grid.Under the organization and promotion of the state grid corporation of China,power enterprises have carried out a lot of technical research,pilot projects and application promotion on line loss management.In the domestic power grid,the county-level power supply enterprises are the focus of line loss management.There are many phenomena in the county-level power supply enterprises,such as weak power infrastructure and lack of professional line loss management personnel.Therefore,it is difficult to carry out line loss management effectively.Taking MiZhi the line loss management of the power supply company as the research object,based on the status quo of line loss management and the question paper adopted the research methods of theory with practice,first of all to the cause of line loss,pattern,to reduce the line loss of the technology were studied,such as reducing line loss management methods is discussed,on the basis of the analyses MiZhi electric power supply company line loss management status,combed the MiZhi problems of power supply companies in line loss management,from the management loss,loss reduction technology two aspects put forward the countermeasures of strengthening MiZhi power grid line loss management advice.Based on the investigation of the line loss of the rice fat power supply company,this paper puts forward a scheme to reduce the line loss,evaluates the effect of reducing the line loss,and puts forward some practical Suggestions for line loss management.This paper studies the analysis and application of the GIS system of distribution network in mizhi area.Based on the analysis of the status quo and problems of mizhi distribution network,it puts forward the task of GIS system analysis of distribution network,and then decomposes the task and demand based on this task to obtain the specific item of GIS system analysis of distribution network.To MiZhi distribution network GIS system overall design,the onstruction model of the system,puts forward the design of the system module function,set up a platform for the system,the configuration of hardware and software solutions,optimize the operating system,the graphics and data input of GIS distribution network system,optimize the editing function,improve equipment fast positioning function,improve the system diagram automatically generated.Use of distribution line equipment and site information data,the database collection and optimization of distribution network GIS system,to improve the security performance of the network technology,and MiZhi distribution network integration,optimize the grid diagram,vector quantization real grid map,asset information(lines,and distribution transformer,switch and other devices),statistics and query.Determine the radius and jurisdiction of the distribution power supply and determine the range of influence of equipment(such as circuit breakers and disconnectors)on the outage line.Finally,the efficient rice fat distribution network management system was developed,and a database was provided to analyze the line loss and perform line conversion,analyze the distribution capacity and the load of the motor,and finally realize the reduction of line loss in the actual management of rice fat power network,and finally achieve the combination of the final distribution network,energy saving and emission reduction,and efficient management.
