Intelligent Home LED Adjustable Lighting System Based On SiC Power Device

With the development of semiconductor lighting technology,the application prospect of LED lighting technology has become increasingly prominent.Compared with traditional lighting technology,LED as a light source has the characteristics of low power consumption,long service life,environmental protection,safety and so on.Therefore,the current LED lighting has become a hot field of contemporary research.At the same time,with the development of domestic economy,people put forward new demands for indoor lighting.People gradually attach importance to the safety and comfort of indoor lighting.In order to improve the safety and comfort of indoor lighting system,the author USES the single-chip microcomputer STM32F429 to design and develop the smart home LED lighting system,and designs the adjustable LED driver based on SiC power devices.In this LED lighting system,Wifi module,power module,liquid crystal display module,keyboard control module and so on are mainly used.Through the combination of each module,LED control in the home is more convenient and low energy consumption.In the adjustable LED drive based on SiC power devices,the main application is Buck circuit,driver circuit,compensation circuit,protection circuit,etc.The design of adjustable LED driver based on SiC power device makes people feel more comfortable and safe.Through simulation and actual test,all indexes of the system meet the design requirements and have good practical value.
