The fiber-reinforced bling is a new type of structural component used to further meet the requirements of aero-engines to increase weight and reduce weight.It removes the roulette portion of the blisk and adds reinforcing fibers to withstand high centrifugal loads.In order to promote the use of the bling,scholars at home and abroad have carried out extensive research,but most of the current research focuses on fatigue life and mechanical properties,and less research on the strength and dynamic characteristics of the bling.In this paper,the fiber-reinforced bling is taken as the research object,the finite element method and the dynamic theory are combined,and the simulation analysis method is used to conduct an in-depth study on the strength and dynamic characteristics of the bling.The main research work is as follows:(1)The mesomechanical finite element method is used,and the representative volume element(RVE)model is used to predict the macroscopic composite material parameters.The RVE model was established,and the elastic parameters of the composite material were obtained with the help of the equivalent calculation criteria of the material.At the same time,the influence of the fiber arrangement and fiber volume fraction on the elastic parameters of the composite material was analyzed.(2)In order to explore the stress distribution of the matrix and the composite material during the operation of the bing,a three-dimensional finite element model with cyclic symmetry was established,and the bearing capacity of the blade ring structure at different speeds was investigated.Taking into account the structural characteristics of the bing,the effects of rotation speed,volume fraction of reinforcing fibers and matrix material properties on the stress distribution of the bling are analyzed.Using the local maximum stress method,the rupture speed of the bing was predicted.(3)Establish the overall finite element model,calculate the modal characteristics in the static state and the rotating state,and summarize the vibration pattern distribution law of the bling.The influence of the bling structure parameters and rotational speed on the modal characteristics is analyzed,which provides a reference for increasing the safety and stability of the bling structure in the rotating state.(4)Simulate the aerodynamic load tuning and detuning excitation forms,and analyze the response characteristics of the bling structure.The vibration response of the aerodynamic load of the harmonic tuning and detuning to the harmonic ring structure under different orders,and the vibration response of the detuning bling structure under the excitation of the harmonic pneumatic load are calculated respectively.
