As an important means of transportation for scenic areas with mountains and rivers,as well as urban sightseeing,aerial ropeways,whose safety is of great importance,are used to carry passengers.As important parts of ropeways,the support and compression sheave sets respectively play the role of supporting and tightening the wire rope.When the loaded wire rope passes through the support(compression)sheave set at a certain speed,the dynamic forces of sheave axles and the tower which supports the sheave set are the base of calculation of the design and life calculation of the parts.In this paper,based on the virtual prototype technology and the Cable module of ADAMS,the rigid-flexible coupling models of the support sheave set and compression sheave set interacting with the wire rope are respectively established.Comparing the results of dynamic simulation analyses with actual test data,the value of the unknown parameters of the model are obtained,so as to obtain the dynamic simulation model that is consistent with the actual situation,and the force-time curve of important indicators such as the sheave axle and the tower axle,as well as the angle of wire rope can be obtained and has been analyzed.Finally,the factors that affects the impact of the sheaves are tested.By redesigning and reconstructing the shape of the guide block,the dynamic performances have been improved.The main work of this paper includes:(1)Through theoretical derivation and the use of Matlab to solve multivariate nonlinear equations,the general law of the influence of sheave axle friction on the load distribution of the sheave set is obtained;(2)Based on ADAMS,the rigid-flexible coupling model of support twelve-sheave set and wire rope is established.Combining dynamic simulation results with test data,the parameter setting of the wire rope is determined.On this foundation,the rigid-flexible coupling model of compression twelve-sheave set and wire rope is established,and through the test data,the contact parameters between the components are determined;(3)The results of the dynamic simulation of the support sheave set and compression sheave set are obtained,and the general trend of the forces on sheaves is analyzed;(4)Through the interface between HyperMesh-ANSYS-ADAMS,the flexible body of the guide block is established,whose necessary adoption has been verified;(5)The structure factors of the guide block that affect the impact of sheaves are analyzed.And by controlled simulation trials,the influence trend of each factor on the impact is obtained;(6)By reconstruct the shape of guide block,the simulation result of improving the impact forces of sheaves is obtained.In this paper,the research work provides the basis loads for the analization of design,check and fatigue life of the related parts.
