Research On The Design Of Urban Park Aiming At Spiritual Rehabilitation

The development of society has brought people superior material conditions and development resources,but also brought personal pressure to themselves,family and society.If the pressure can not be properly discharged,it will have a bad impact on people’s physical and mental health.Some studies have shown that the natural environment plays an important role in mental pressure relief.As the main place where people are close to nature,urban parks need to provide help in mental pressure relief for people at all levels.In this paper,guided by the theory of rehabilitation environment research,and aimed at mental pressure relief,the design strategy of mental pressure relief urban park is explored.The design system of mental pressure relief urban park is improved in Yunlong Park case practice.By combing the research status at home and abroad and the theory of recuperative environment,this paper clarifies the functional principles of environmental pressure relief benefits,and summarizes the differences between the crowd positioning,garden activities and general parks of recuperative urban parks.Through on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey,to understand the activity characteristics of the park users and the demand of pressure relief,and to clarify the practical significance of the park.Combined with the research results,the manifestation of different levels of pressure and the characteristics of pressure relief activities,this paper summarizes and deduces three modes of action of urban parks to promote mental pressure relief,which are sensory rehabilitation,interactive rehabilitation and emotional catharsis.This paper summarizes four design strategies:natural activity space of full sensory experience,diversified interaction experience activity space,comfortable emotional catharsis space and humanized supporting facilities.Finally,using the design strategy of the mental pressure relief urban park,combining with the site layout and spatial characteristics of Xuzhou Yunlong Park,the case practice is carried out to improve the mental pressure relief design system.To provide new ideas for the design of urban parks with mental retardation,improve the public’s awareness of the pressure and harm,and call on the whole people to participate in the activities of health and decompression.This paper includes 55 figures,9 tables and 84 references.
