Timely detection and treatment of automobile faults is an important factor to ensure driving safety.When an alarm is issued due to a fault,the attention and attention of the driver should be paid in a proper way.Therefore,the research on the interaction mode of automobile fault warning information and the usability of the interaction interface for users with different driving experiences is particularly important for drivers to locate the fault cause,judge the potential risk of the fault and ensure driving safety according to the warning information.This paper takes the fault warning information interaction interface as the research object,starts from the driver's cognitive process,explores the cognitive influencing factors of the interaction of fault warning information interface,and improves the availability of the interaction interface of fault warning information by optimizing the interaction interface of fault warning information.Firstly,it analyzes the different development stages of fault warning information display,the contents of fault warning information and the layout of fault warning information interface,and mines the problems existing in the fault warning information interface through the case analysis and usability test of the fault warning information interaction interface.Secondly,the cognitive process and influencing factors of fault warning information are analyzed and summarized by using information cognitive processing model.Then,according to the cognitive influencing factors of fault warning information,the cognitive mechanism of fault warning information was deeply analyzed and studied by means of questionnaire survey.Then,based on the above conclusions,the interaction flow and interaction mode of fault alarm processing are analyzed,and the interaction design strategy of fault alarm information interface is proposed.Finally,the "HANVAN hanfeng" model of XCMG heavy truck was selected to optimize the interface of fault warning information.Aiming at the problem of poor usability of the existing fault warning information interaction interface,this paper makes an in-depth study on the cognition process of the driver's fault warning information,and puts forward the interaction design strategy of the automobile fault warning information interface,so as to offer Suggestions for the improvement of the usability of the fault warning information interaction interface and the safety of automobile driving.There are 50 pictures,20 tables and 78 references in this paper.
