| This paper combs and analyses the requirements of document management base on characteristics of digital enterprises such as file decentralization,complex access control,centralized storage,document integration,etc.Also touched upon design and implementation of the software system.In this paper,we emphasize the importance of document management mode and technology innovation.We introduce cloud storage,electronic signature,online editing,mass search and other innovations,taking a solid step towards the modernization,convenience and security of enterprise document management.The electronic document management in electric power industry as the application background,present situation and the construction demand based on safety technical framework design and implementation of electronic document management system,the system design and implementation of the main content of the support on the theory of software engineering,the design and implementation of research and development of the whole system include:requirement analysis,system design,coding,testing and deployment.According to the document life cycle theory,the document management and the file management should be incorporated into a unified system,and a close contacts must be established in accordance with uniform requirements.The use of enterprise private cloud storage mode to solve the centralized management of documents,around the document integration management,through the system design and coding,key technology points to introduce mature controls,can be very good to solve the power industry document management can find,easy to lose,mobile pain points.Therefore,the efficiency of the document management,the processing personnel and the convenience of the document utilization will be greatly improved.It is also hoped that the implementation of this system can really help more enterprises to solve the business needs of electronic document management. |
