Study On Construction Technology Of Widening Soft Soil Roadbed Of Expressway

In recent years,China's economic development level has been significantly improved,the accession to the World Trade Organization to promote the prosperity of China's logistics industry,China's trade with the world more and more closely,leading to the continuous growth of expressway traffic flow,the capacity of our highways to put forward higher requirements.The survey shows that the actual traffic situation of China's expressway is generally higher than the expected level(16,000 vehicles/day),is 2.4 times times the normal road traffic.From the current situation of highway,some developed areas of the situation is not optimistic,there are traffic congestion phenomenon,it is necessary to improve the original highway.China has many old road reconstruction and extension cases,Guang-FO expressway Expansion project is China's first highway widening expansion project,in addition to Hainan Island East Line,Shanghai-Hangzhou rain,Shenda and other highways are typical representatives.The realization of these projects shows that China has achieved good results in the construction of expressway widening,however,compared with the developed countries,there are still some limitations.The main feature of the old road widening and rebuilding project is that the construction process is cumbersome and the difficulty coefficient is big,so we need to make a scientific solution on the basis of fully understanding the requirement of expressway rebuilding,and provide effective guarantee for the development of expressway widening and rebuilding project.In this paper,based on the highway widening design of subgrade pavement construction technology and application,this paper takes the CH Expressway as an example,to the CH Expressway widened Road Subgrade and road construction technology for the design,optimization scheme selection,and put forward to ensure the roadbed,road construction reasonable concrete countermeasures and suggestions,Due to the lack of relative research on highway widening road Subgrade Pavement,the paper studies the design and construction technology of roadbed pavement for widening highway,so as to provide reference for more peers.
