With the sustained and rapid development of economy and society in our country,the catering industry is booming,but also brings a lot of problems,which will produce a large number of waste edible oil(WCO)every year,that is,the so-called trench oil.The method of using WCO as asphalt modifier provides a new idea for waste material utilization of WCO.However,WCO performance of different oil sources with different quality is not uniform,so it is difficult to draw more universal conclusions,and normalization treatment measures need to be formed.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out targeted research on WCO,design and form a chemical treatment method for waste edible oil,improve its modification effect on asphalt and increase its engineering application value.In this paper,firstly,the basic physical and chemical properties of WCO are first determined,the content of free fatty acid is too high,and a new type of treatment is proposed.Secondly,the effect of the residual black matter WCOR(WCOR)on the physical properties,rheological and creep properties of the asphalt was studied.The rheological property of the modified asphalt with different TB bio-oil content is analyzed,and the performance of the modified asphalt is characterized by the micro-angle,and the rheological properties of the TB(Treated Bio-oil)and WCO are compared and studied.Finally,the high temperature stability,the low temperature crack resistance and the water stability of the continuous graded AC-16 and the discontinuous graded SMA-16 TB bio-oil modified asphalt mixture are studied in detail.The test results show that the addition of TB bio-oil can improve the elasticity of the asphalt,but the excessive addition also has a negative effect.The results of the creep test prove that the TB bio-oil modified asphalt has good stress relaxation property and can improve the low-temperature anti-cracking performance of the asphalt binder.There is no chemical reaction between the bio-oil and the asphalt,and the modified asphalt is only a physical blending.By drawing the main curve of modulus and phase angle,the rutting factor is measured,and it is found that the TB modified asphalt has a greater complex modulus at the whole working frequency,lower phase angle,and the anti-rutting factor is higher;at the same time,the test result of the MSCR is also described,The elastic recovery of the TB modified asphalt is better,and the experimental data is analyzed by the auxiliary analysis software,and the complex modulus | G * | and the phase angle of the bio-oil to the asphalt are confirmed by the treatment method.The effect of rutting factor | G * |/ sin and non-recoverable creep deformation Jnr is of statistical significance.The road performance of the bio-oil modified asphalt mixture is obviously improved,with the increase of the amount of TB bio-oil,the dynamic stability of the mixture is increased firstly,the maximum damage strain is gradually increased,and the residual stability ratio is gradually reduced.
