The development of vehicular network has been widely concerned.The services that vehicular network provided have developed from the traditional emergency message broadcasting to pluralistic information services.The new demand and new technologies are merging into vehicular network.The development of information technologies made a better life,but it also brings a lot data and the increasing demand for computing ca-pability.Cloud computing,edge computing and fog computing have been put forward and applied.Cars have been equipped with powerful on-board unit which provides com-puting and storing services.Meanwhile the large quantity of vehicles implied there is a huge computing potential.Vehicular fog computing is a hot reaserch topic in utilizing the computing resource that scatteriing distributed in vehicles.Thus,this thesis provided two kinds of offloading schemes and scheduling algorithms based on the vehicular fog computing.In the scenario of intermittently-connected vehicular networks,a cooperative offload-ing solution and resource schedule algorithm are proposed to help a vehicle which has demand for downloading large size to be processed file.The solution fully utilize the on-board computing,storing and computation resource that exsited in the system.Vehicles fetches file chunks from remote server and pre-process for the target vehicle,delivering the processed chunk to the target vehicle when they encounter.In such a store-process-carry-deliver way,the time cost of target vehicle acquiring the complete file is reduced.The schedule algorithm is able to choose vehicles participate the offloading wisely,reducing the time cost effeciently.In the scenario of vehicular networks in cities,a solution of using bus as a central node of vehicular fog node to provide computing services for IoTs in cities and a algorithm of assigning computing tasks and allocating bandwidth are proposed.The solution chooses bus,which has a fixed route and moves slowly,as a central node of a fog node.The bus recruits the vehicles around it to form a fog node which has a quite powerful computing capability by V2 V communications.The bus recieves computing tasks through public communication systems,like LTE,to provide computing service for the IoTs in the city.However,since the computing capability and channel state is varying dynamically,a al-gorithm based on MCTS is adopted to schedule computing tasks,which can efficiently reducing the time cost of processing the tasks.
