As the key equipment in the field of power system,the high voltage circuit breaker plays a control and protection role in the power grid,and is the only breaking element in the power system.The mechanical structure of the high voltage circuit breaker is complex,and there are many component parts.At present,the management of hv circuit breaker is dispersed,and the technology of operation monitoring and fault diagnosis is backward.Therefore,the establishment of a set of integrated system platform that integrates local monitoring and remote comprehensive monitoring is of great significance for the centralized management,operation condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of high voltage circuit breakers.This paper first introduces the structure and operating principle of the high voltage circuit breaker,and then introduces the typical monitoring state variables of the high voltage circuit breaker,including the circuit breaker on-off trip signal,on-off current signal and vibration signal.In the aspect of remote state monitoring system,this paper designs a hardware data acquisition platform based on STM32 and ADS1256,and on this basis designs a local client based on Qt and a remote cloud data management platform based on Django framework and Mysql database.In terms of fault diagnosis technology,this paper mainly studies fault diagnosis technology based on vibration signal of high voltage circuit breaker.Firstly,the processing mode of vibration signal of high voltage circuit breaker is studied,and Hilbert transform,empirical wavelet transform and variational modal decomposition are introduced.Finally,variational modal decomposition is selected as the method to process the vibration signal of high voltage circuit breaker.In this paper,fault data of circuit breaker is obtained by on-line simulation of fault.Envelope entropy is used to segment the modal components of the decomposed vibration signal to form the eigenvector.This feature vector is used as input of multi-classification support vector machine to classify fault samples,thus realizing fault diagnosis based on vibration signal.The monitoring software platform is run and tested according to the simulated fault data of the high voltage circuit breaker.
