In order to solve the waste problem of waste heat in industrial production process,recycle the waste heat resource to replace the heat demand of high temperature steam at the process end.This paper studies the performance and testing experimental research of 170℃ cascade high temperature heat pump.The work quality BY-6 with good environmental performance,excellent cycle performance and high heating temperature was developed,and its cycle performance was studied through a combination of theory and experiment.According to the characteristics of working fluid and high temperature working conditions,a twin-screw compressor suitable for the high temperature working condition of the superimposed high temperature heat pump unit was developed,and the performance of the compressor was tested.Type compressor testing device,set up experimental bench to test the performance of compressor,and provide theoretical and experimental basis for the promotion and application of industrialized units.According to the operating conditions of BY-6,the research and development of industrial grade compressors was carried out,and a twin-screw compressor suitable for the high temperature stage of the cascade high temperature heat pump unit was developed.An energy-saving compressor detecting device with an injector is proposed.According to the cycle condition,the design and development of the injector is carried out.A high-precision numerical calculation method of the injector thermodynamics is proposed,and an injector with adjustable throat cross-sectional area is designed.In this paper,a pilot test bench for compressor testing is built to test the cycle performance of the compressor.After experimental verification,during the steady operation experiment,when the compressor inlet working temperature is maintained at about110℃,the pressure is maintained at about 0.85 MPa;the compressor outlet temperature is maintained at 180-185℃(there is 20-25℃ overheat),the compressor outlet pressure fluctuates up and down at 2.18 MPa,and the maximum value is 2.23 MPa.The experiment proves that the compressor has better cycle and mechanical performance under this temperature condition,which can meet the requirements of the high temperature end operation of the cascade heat pump.The analogy of the compressor working condition corresponding to thecirculating condition of the cascade heat pump high temperature unit was carried out to study the cycle performance of the compressor in the heat pump cycle.The results show that when the compressor inlet saturation temperature is 110℃,and the exhaust gas saturation temperature is 150-160℃,for every 2℃ increase in compressor discharge temperature,the high temperature cycle COP is reduced by an average of about 1.5%.When the outlet steam saturation temperature reaches 160℃,the input power is 75.7 kW and the COP is 4.34,which has high cycle performance. |
