Concrete-partial-filled narrow-width steel box composite-continuous beams is a new kind of composite beam,it was improved and obtained from the traditional steel-concrete composite beam.On the one hand,concrete-partial-filled narrow-width steel box composite-continuous beams inherits a lot of advantages from the traditional steel-concrete composite structure beam such as high tensile strength, benefit overall performance, light structure weight and better seismic performance. On the other hand,concrete-partial-filled narrow-width steel box composite-continuous beams improves shortcomings of traditional beam, for example stability and crack. In this paper,6 groups of concrete-partial-filled narrow-width steel box composite-continuous beams were tested by static loading, and the program of optimum parameter was explored. At the same time, force performance was analyzed by the theoretical study and the finite element numerical simulation software ANSYS.According to experimental research, theoretical analysis and finite element numerical simulation results, the following conclusions were obtained:(1)Concrete-partial-filled narrow-width steel box composite-continuous beams were tested by static loading and test phenomena were observed.Important experimental data were obtained, for example, the load-strain curve,load-deflection curve, bending moment-curvature curve, crack distribution characteristics, and crack width variation characteristics of the beam.Through the test phenomenon and test data relationship curve,The stress process of concrete-partial-filled narrow-width was understood.(2)In order to effectively control the maximum crack width and crack distribution of concrete-partial-filled narrow-width steel box composite-continuous beams, the concrete wing plate reinforcement ratio was selected as a parameter condition, and the effects of different reinforcement ratios on the cracks of the test beam were studied. The test results show that the reinforcement ratio can effectively control cracks. The development and width.(3)The stiffness of concrete-partial-filled narrow-width is one of the important mechanical properties of the structure. The test results show that increasing the shear connection degree can reduce the relative slippage of the combined surface of the composite beam, which effectively enhances the integrity of the concrete-partial-fillednarrow-width steel box composite-continuous beams and improves the stiffness of the continuous composite beam.(4)By means of the parameter optimization principle, the constraints of the optimization equation are set by the working principle of the traditional steel-concrete composite beam,so that an optimization equation is established. In the feasible region,a set of optimization solutions was selected.ANSYS was used to analyze the optimization solution by finite element analysis. The difference between before and after optimization was analyzed and compared.
