Induction heating technology is widely used in industrial and civil fields due to its clean and efficient advantages.Induction heater is one of the most common household cookers.The traditional development of induction heater is mainly aimed at output power and efficiency.However,in the actual cooking process,whether cooking effect is good or not is directly affected by the heating temperature of the pot.Therefore,based on the temperature control of the induction heater,this article designs the control strategy and hardware platform.The details are as follows:Firstly,the paper introduces the principles of traditional intelligent algorithms for temperature control,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,the paper designs a new improved algorithm of adaptive fuzzy control system consisting of fuzzy neural network and discrete fuzzy controller.With the reasoning function of fuzzy neural network,it accurately predicts the temperature of heated pot by detecting the temperature of the induction heater's glass plate.When the temperature of the pot reaches the target temperature,the discrete fuzzy controller starts to work,keeping the pot to work stably and continuously near this temperature.Based on the differences in training algorithms,two systems based on a hybrid algorithm based on gradient descent and least squares and a clustering algorithm based on subtraction are introduced,their principles are explained,and simulations are performed to verify the effectiveness.Thirdly,this paper designs a set of temperature-controlled communication instrument for the working mode of induction heater,which is used for data collection,display,storage,transmission,etc.Then this paper analyzes the design ideas and working principles of its various modules.Finally,based on the proposed adaptive fuzzy control system,this paper uses a temperature-controlled communication instrument to perform temperature control experiments on the induction heater,and compares and analyzes it with traditional control algorithms.The results show that using this algorithm can realize that when the amount of water and the target temperature change,the induction heater can heat the pot to the target temperature and continue to work near this temperature,and the performance indicators in the control process are excellent.
