The condenser bracket in the trough CSP system is a key component for connecting the torque tube and the condenser.Because the position of the connecting plate is difficult to guarantee during the processing of the bracket,the surface of the condenser mounted on it is twisted and deformed.The detection of accuracy is particularly important.However,the traditional bracket detection method has low detection efficiency,accuracy cannot be guaranteed,and the effect is not ideal.Therefore,the development of a non-contact rapid detection system for the connection plate of the trough condenser bracket is of great significance to the accuracy measurement of the bracket.This paper presents a new method for testing the connection plate of the trough condenser bracket—comparative measurement method,and designs a complete automated testing system.The details are as follows:(1)Established a mathematical model of detection.The concept of expressing the magnitude of machining error by measuring the gap value between the actual plane and the ideal plane is put forward,the calculation model of the gap value is established,the criterion for determining qualified products and the secondary repair coefficient are determined;the whole frame;(2)Designed an automated inspection and control system.Planar gap displacement detection uses inductive BXY-K18FV1 series displacement sensors,XOY coordinate plane two-axis displacement measurement uses laser-type HG-C1200 series displacement sensors;an automatic detection and control system is designed,including a perfect human-machine interface,data storage and recall function;(3)An experimental platform was built to verify the measurement method in this paper.Analyze the stability of the measurement data of the No.8 connection board,and obtain the standard deviation value of 0.00883,which is far less than the accuracy requirement of gap detection;the maximum gap point is 0.851 mm,which is a nonconforming product,and the secondary repair value is 0.301mm;,The test result is accurate,the test result fully meets the design requirements;(4)A comparative experiment was carried out.The traditional manual mold measurement method is used to measure the same pair of brackets in the experiment.Compared with the comparative measurement method in this paper,it is found that the detection platform of the trough-type light-heat bracket connection board detection speed is fast and the detection accuracy is high,which fully meets the industry detection needs.
