Since the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,new changes have taken place in politics,economy,culture and other aspects.The 1.3billion Chinese people are striving to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and at the same time,they are striving for a new journey of China’s rise.With the rapid development of the country,people have put forward higher requirements on the clothing,food,housing and transportation,especially in the aspect of living,and put forward higher requirements on the interior space design,not only the pursuit of natural comfort,simple fashion,but also pay more attention to personal style and artistic innovation.The design style of the b&b is exactly like this,which can not only take people to appreciate the natural landscape and cultural landscape,but also bring some special and diversified experiences.Not only chase high LOFT style simple nature,retain local characteristics,fashion art culture,also as far as possible use natural green decorate material to build a free and comfortable space environment atmosphere of the design concept,broke the tension and fast-paced city life now mood numerous tightness pressure limit,more and more get the favour of young people and sought after.Considering modern,on the other hand,more and more people like traditional special feelings,retro,nostalgia,then applied LOFT style into the home stay facility space design will arouse the people from the simple appreciation of material culture to hearts emotional sustenance level,but also can promote the excellent traditional culture of inheritance,innovation,development and sublimation.In this paper,the first chapter discusses the research background of loft-style home stay space design,the purpose and significance of the topic selection,the analysis of domestic and foreign research status and research difficulties and solutions.Then the second chapter gives an overview of LOFT style,and analyzes the development context,concept definition and characteristics of LOFT style in detail.Then the third chapter focuses on analyzing the significance of LOFT style to provide sufficient and necessary basis for the argument.Then the fourth chapter is the focus of this article is discussed the LOFT style in the home stay facility space design are analyzed,the application of home stay facility space design are summarized including the concept of home stay facility setting,main types and characteristics of space form and characteristics,and then focus on specific into the structure of the space,decoration materials,colour is tie-in,display art and regional culture aspects were analyzed using,also summarizes the LOFT design style in the application of home stay facility space design methods.Finally,the fifth chapter analyzes and summarizes the systematic problems,limitations,trends and prospects of LOFT style in the development prospect of b&b space design.Through this research,we hope that the transformation of architectural raw materials,including wood,steel,concrete,glass and metal,can bring people a new experience and feeling through the change of space design while retaining their original nature,break people’s inherent concepts of them,and change people’s understanding of the inherent things.Another purpose is to let people like LOFT style,and use this kind of art style to the recent popularity of home stay facility space design,use of retention and innovation,the combination of low carbon and energy conservation,environmental protection,the combination of the concept of sustainable development thought into people’s minds,not only can promote the harmonious development of national economic and cultural prosperity,also can add to the regional culture characteristics.Thus,it can be seen that LOFT style is of great importance and far-reaching significance in the design of homestay space.
