Abstract/Summary:
With the development of science and technology,the improvement of rehabilitation medicine,vibration therapy has been paid more attention in modern rehabilitation medicine.Medical research shows that proper mechanical vibration has a positive effect on human body.Cooperation projects in the hospital,the research team developed a kind of massage therapy based on particle vibration rehabilitation,the rehabilitation of limb by particle flow impact,rolling,friction massage function,the main working parameters of the rehabilitation instrument for vibration frequency,vibration direction angle,the main target for the treatment of it in the recovery phase of the postoperative patients with amputation.In order to improve the prototype better,in order to achieve the control panel form of rehabilitation work parameters,to achieve a variety of operating mode,analysis of the impact of rehabilitation vibration frequency,particle layer depth on the particle flow movement characteristics and massage intensity,aiming at the dynamic control system and particle dispersion equipment research,mainly complete the following work:1.For the rehabilitation of particles vibration control system,complete the design of control system,human computer interaction,spire control platform,through the touch screen rehabilitation related parameters according to the vibration instrument and control system of particle Kang function requirements of off-line simulation and on-line experiment,realize the stability and reliability of the function,control the system.2.Based on the rehabilitation of dual motor driven vibration platform synchronization and stability requirements,the application of LMS synchronous vibration test new prototype platform,selection of excitation frequency synchronization stability.A laser vibrometer is used for experimental measurement,and the dynamic characteristics of particle container under different working parameters are explored.The parameters that can not be precisely measured by measuring instruments are simulated by ADAMS,so as to avoid the effect of experimental errors on the regularity of measurement results.3.Application of EDEM particles on vibration rehabilitation at different excitation frequencies,vibrating direction angle and particle layer depth numerical simulation under the influence,three kinds of working parameters on the characteristics and the massage strength of granular flow dynamics,the flow of body massage and cutting method to the impact of changes to friction massage particles with different working parameters under quantization.4.Measuring instruments due to restrictions on limb strength,friction and impact massage massage intensity numerical flow dynamics characteristics and flow parameters in the particles can not be through the real-time recording of particle experiments,generating curve analysis for the data,so analysis of the effect of rehabilitation work parameters of the rotational speed of the particle flow using the transformation method,and raise volunteers in the experiment of subjective evaluation of massage,rehabilitation massage strength,in order to verify the reliability of simulation results.
