Research On Project Of Manufacturing Mode Transforming Of Mechanical Seals In F Company

With the slowdown of global economic growth,the business environment of enterprises changes,many enterprises are undergoing passive or active transformation and upgrading.Domestic mechanical seal industry has low threshold,and it is still in labor-intensive with narrow profit space.There are many factors such as various product specifications,low delivery rate,high production cost and low turnover rate of inventory,which restrict the development of enterprises to a high level.Based on the theories of PM and the researches on enterprise transformation and production mode,this paper takes F company as the research case,starting from the needs of enterprise development,through interview,investigation,discussion,analysis and other methods,introduces the concepts of flexible production and mass customization,combines with the operation characteristics of F company,creates a flexible mass customization production mode model,and takes S-series mechanical seals as the starting point to carry out the production mode transformation project,.At the same time,the order management process,inventory management plan and cost control plan are designed and optimized.Some PM methods are adopted to improve the ERP function,and the calculation formula is used to establish the assessment and incentive mechanism,so that the project of production mode transformation can be implemented and guaranteed,aiming to solve the problems of the production mode of multiple varieties and small batches in mechanical seal manufacturing enterprises.The Application research of flexible mass customization production mode project in this thesis will help F Company to improve the mechanical seals on time delivery rate,improve inventory turnover rate and reduce production costs,so as to enhance the level of enterprise management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprise.At the same time,it is hoped that the research results can provide some reference for other similar mechanical seal manufacturing counterparts.
