| At present,the boiler control system in our country all USES distributed control system-DCS system,it has many advantages,can be centralized monitoring of the boiler,but also for the safety of the boiler production and economic benefits have also brought a very positive impact.Therefore,the design of DCS system is very important for boiler.With the rapid development of science and technology and the enhancement of environmental protection awareness and sustainable development strategy,the future development requires us to exert the maximum energy in the limited energy.The newly modified no.2 boiler DCS is connected together through the system network,and the data and information transmission of all nodes are completed by the system network.The operator station is composed of industrial microcomputer with high reliability and external equipment.Function realization: graphic display and session,alarm display and management,report printing,system library management,history library management,memory library management.The engineer station and the operator station use the same microcomputer,and the configuration field control station for the engineer to realize the application system is an important station for DCS system to complete the field measurement and control.The field control station is composed of main control module,intelligent I/O module,power module and special cabinet.Two main functions: signal conversion and processing and control operations.Distributed Control System(DCS)Distributed Control System is currently applied in most thermal power plants in China due to the advantages of extensive centralized monitoring and management of the Control range.In this paper,DCS is combined with the configuration improvement of the fuzzy PID controller to make the output better Control process.In this paper,the structure and operation principle of the boiler are described.According to the complex,uncertain and time-lag characteristics of the control object,the control scheme of the original boiler control system is proposed based on the analysis of the original boiler control system.The new control algorithm is explored.The fuzzy PID control algorithm is applied to the temperature control process.The PID control and fuzzy PID control are applied to the boiler related control.In order to achieve a better control effect,and further through simulation compared with the traditional PID control method,the advantages of fuzzy PID control are obtained.The thesis has 34 figures,7 tables and 97 references. |
