Chinese new energy industry has experienced rapid development for more than ten years under the background that all national policies are very supportive. The installed capacity has increased. And wind power has undoubtedly become a major component of the new energy industry.A large number of fans are standing on the motherland, continuously providing clean energy for the people. As the service life of fans increases, the later operation and maintenance work becomes more and more complicated.Damage to large components in the unit often occurs. It is very important to reduce the damage to large components in the unit and reduce the replacement frequency of large components to reduce the operating cost of the fan and improve the efficiency of the wind farm.In the fan fault, how to reduce the number of bearing failures caused by high bearing temperature and reduce the generator damage caused by it is an important problem to ensure the normal operation of the generator.Firstly, this paper summarizes the current situation and achievements in related fields of wind power generation, and briefly introduces the structure and functions of wind power generators. Then, the reasons for high temperature yield of wind turbine shaft are mainly explained, and a multi-point monitoring scheme is proposed for the possible high temperature problem. The scheme includes a complete set of detection, comparison and control systems such as bearing temperature, vibration frequency, bearing greasing pressure and bearing shaft current.Through field experiment application,it is shown that the whole monitoring system has reference significance for controlling bearing temperature and reducing equipment damage caused by high bearing temperature. This paper has 43 pictures,3 table and 57 references.
