Intravenous infusion is a treatment that is commonly used in many hospitals for clinical treatment.Up to now,the majority of hospitals in China have been in the process of infusion therapy for patients.The monitoring of the infusion process is still very traditional.Patients or accompanying staff must constantly observe the condition of the infusion bottle,and notify the nurse on duty to change bottles or pull needles after the liquid is delivered..When the drug solution is finished,if it is not treated in time,it may cause the venous blood to pump back and block the infusion tube.Therefore,in addition to the patient,the ward often has many accompanying staff living in it,which is prone to cross infection and the patient will rest.Affected by each other.At the same time,nurses often need to visit the ward,increase the workload,and sometimes conflicts between doctors and patients.This paper designs a medical infusion monitoring system based on capacitive liquid level sensor.The system is mainly composed of a slave,a host and a capacitive liquid level sensor.Firstly,the research and design of the electrode metal piece of the capacitive liquid level sensor was carried out,and a large number of experimental tests were carried out to determine the shape,size and installation position of the best electrode metal piece,and a mathematical relationship model of the capacitance size and the liquid level height was constructed..The slave adopts STC15W4K60S4 single-chip microcomputer as the main control device,designs the slave software and hardware,and configures the wireless communication module NRF24L01 to construct the master-slave wireless communication network.The design of the system host includes host hardware design,host software design and human-computer interaction design.The system uses HMI serial screen for display,and uses the USART HMI development environment software to design the corresponding human-computer interaction and display interface.The test results show that the system realizes the monitoring function of medical infusion,has achieved good results,can effectively realize the monitoring of infusion,and has good application value.
