| With the large-scale of distributed generation connected to power grid,it provides more dispatchable power resources for power grid,but also brings "massive power grid data and information".Which has an impact on the power grid topology,but also puts forward higher requirements for the reliability,security and flexibility of the power grid dispatching mode.How to improve and innovate the dispatching mode in the existing dispatching framework has become the focus of research.Therefore,based on the current mode and smart grid dispatching control system,this paper explores the feasibility of provincial-local dispatching model.Distributed power generation(DG)has an impact on the operation mode and topology of power grid.It breaks the traditional direction of power flow and redefines the role of "source-network-load" in power system.From the point of view of power coordination,this paper proposes a unified hierarchical power coordination model based on the voltage hierarchical and partitioned structure that exists naturally in the power grid.It takes power loss and dispatching cost as a comprehensive index to effectively realize the hierarchical power optimization in the power grid.The achievement of this article is as follows:First,on the basis of our existing dispatching system,combined with the shortcomings and challenges in the new situation.Based on the dispatching control system of smart grid,the idea of joint dispatching of power grid at the level of provincial dispatching and local dispatching is put forward,so that the dispatchable resources in power grid can be allocated more effectively.Secondly,based on the hierarchical structure of power grid,this paper establishes a hierarchical power coordination model of unified power grid.This model fully refers to the provincial-local joint dispatching mode,based on the virtual equivalent access of the prefecture-level power grid to the upper transmission network.The transmission power of the interconnection line is controlled by the provincial and the local dispatches,so as to fully realize the utilization of dispatchable resources in the power grid.This paper validates the scientificalness of the provincial-to-ground power grid equivalent model with practical power grid cases,which lays a foundation for the realization of hierarchical power coordination in the unified power grid.Thirdly,based on the hierarchical power coordination model of the unified power grid,this paper makes preliminary simulation,deduction and Analysis on the scenarios of power coordination through interconnection among the same level distribution networks,controllable load participation,and electric vehicles using orderly charging strategy to participate in power coordination,which provides direction for future research work. |
