With the rapid urbanization of China,urban pluvial floods and waterlogging become more frequently and increasingly serious,it caused huge economic losses and threatens the safety of people's lives and property seriously.Traditionally,engineering measures to alleviate urban waterlogging mainly focus on improving the design standards of urban drainage system and waterlogging.There are few flood and waterlogging facilities specilly-designed for extreme rainfall weather which is lacking the consideration of other related problems.Based on those,a new multifunctional urban waterlogging structure which is to deal with the urban waterlogging,traffic congestion and the pipe & wire in the utility tunnel is proposed.The the firstly-put forward underground complex structure scheme in this paper provides a new idea for the study of the urban flood control and waterlogging facilities designed in the future,both a new perspective in solving many urban problems in parallel.The main content is shown as follows:Firstly,a new multifunctional urban waterlogging structure is proposed and the developing principles,technical proposals,construction technologies,operation schemes,managements and maintenances,main features and effects of waterlogged of underground complex are introduced in detail in this paper.Compared with the traditional urban waterlogging structural measures,its advantage are as follows: 1,weather it can be used for emergency waterlogging and improve urban waterlogging in immediately under extreme rainfall;2,the reservation of the top comprehensive pipe gallery space can integrate all kinds of municipal pipelines avoid the repeating road excavation effectively caused by pipelines laying and maintaining which is helpful in promoting the overall image of the city to some extent.In general-running time,the traffic layer on the bottom of the underground complex is used as a three-lane tunnel which can distribute the traffic on the ground and relieve the pressure of the city traffic to some extent.Secondly,based on the 3D FEM with ABAQUS,the 3D FEM model was established and the static characteristics of underground complex in the completion period,general operating period and the special operation period are analyzed.The results show that the displacements in all directions is small and the stress distribution is reasonable while the stress state of the structure meets the requirements of material strength in the completion period and every operating period.In order to meet the strength requirement of the structure,the reinforcement should be strengthened appropriately for the local tensile stress concentration part of the structure.Thirdly,the modal of underground complex is extracted and analyzed based on the dynamic computing theory and software ABAQUS.According to the results,the first six natural frequencies of the underground complex are approximately heavier.Finally,based on ABAQUS software,this paper studies the underground complex(transverse direction)in the Y direction seismic action Z direction(vertical direction)Y direction seismic action(transverse direction),and Z direction(vertical direction)under the action of earthquake acceleration,displacement and stress response of the structure characteristics and dynamic response of underground structure for the future.
