| The safety development of vehicle frontal collision is an important part of vehicle safety design.In the actual product development of automobile enterprises,it is mainly faced with the problem of how to set up the simulation model of high-precision vehicle structure and constraint system,propose practical and feasible optimization design scheme,and finally form the design and development process based on simulation analysis.This paper focuses on this as the object of research.Firstly,the hard point parameters are defined according to the input conditions,and the geometric model of the vehicle is established.LS-DYNA software was used to establish the finite element simulation model based on the geometric model,including the vehicle structure,constraint system and dummy,set the material parameters and constraint conditions,and complete the frontal collision simulation calculation.Aiming at the problem of excessive occupant injury value in the process of forward collision simulation analysis,an improved design scheme was proposed from the perspective of improving the matching relationship between energy absorption of body structure and occupant restraint system,which improved the crashworthiness of body structure and controlled the dummy injury index within a reasonable range.According to the optimization scheme,the engineering prototype vehicle is trial-produced,and the simulation analysis is verified by the results of real vehicle collision test.Based on the above process,a frontal collision design and development process based on simulation analysis is formed.In the process of research,design calculation,simulation analysis and test verification are combined to ensure the rationality and reliability of the research content.The research work of this paper has explored a complete frontal collision modeling and simulation method for enterprises,accumulated experience in optimization design,formed a practical design and development process,and laid a good foundation for subsequent collision safety development of other vehicle models using simulation method.The research results can greatly improve the effectiveness of structural design in the early stage of product development,shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost. |
