Under internet economy,traditional industry border is broken.Cross industry competition keeps rising in recent years.One typical example of cross industry competition is many new competitors with the background of internet company,software company and other non-auto industry company join the auto industry to compete with traditional auto companies.Besides the business competition,the competition for auto industry talent,especially those technical talent with professional knowledge and experience is also kicked off.Auto company A is a representative company from auto industry.At right moment,it is facing the challenge brought by those new competitors and the talent is attracted by them.Human Resource is very important strategy resource to the companies in nowadays.Attracting,retaining and motivating the talent's work enthusiasm is very critical for company's operation in high efficiency.It requires the company to set up a very effective talent motivation system,which can assess employee's performance objectively and comprehensively.It can stimulate employee's working enthusiasm,build up good internal competition environment,strength the coagulative power and enhance employee's engagement.Setup talent motivation system is a very important step among business management.A professional,reasonable,faired motivation system plays critical role to motivate talent,especially those technical talent.Theory analysis as the foundation,there is deep study and comparison of western and Chinese tradition motivation theories.Clearly states the definition and feature of motivation mechanism and internet economy.Base on those motivation theory,take the example of auto company A to analyze its motivation mechanism issues and the root cause of these issues.Then clarify the key principle and design thinking of talent motivation system.Provide the suggestions form company A to enhance its talent motivation system as well as how to ensure the effective of the implementation.Finally it summarizes the study result and the prospect of future development.The key purpose of the thesis is to utilize the motivation related theories to study how to set up motivation mechanism for company technical talent.Combine the theory and practice,deeply analyze all kinds of motivation theories to set up the effective talent motivation system and solve the talent retain issues for the company.The talent motivation issues faced by company A are the common issues to other auto companies as well.The final suggestion and solution can be the reference for other traditional auto industry companies to attract and retain their talent.
