With the increasing living standards of our people,the era of tourism that advocates leisure for all has arrived.In recent years,the implementation of the paid vacation system,the optimization of the road network traffic function,and the substantial increase in the number of private car ownership have all contributed to the change in the experience demand of tourists to “slow and slow travel”.Moreover,with the promotion of global tourism,the tourism industry and the transportation industry are deeply integrated,and a large number of tourist highways have been built in China,and linear tourism resources have begun to enter the public's field of vision.However,as far as the overall planning effect of the tourist road is concerned,it is still lagging behind.Based on the interpretation of related concepts such as linear tourism resources and services,this paper first defines the concept of tourism highway and tourism highway service,and lays a theoretical foundation for the following.Secondly,through literature review,summarize the relevant elements of the tourism road service system,and use Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to construct its service system evaluation system.In the empirical part,the field survey of the development of Nanshan eco-tourism highway is conducted in the field.Through the questionnaire distribution and visit form,the basic information,behavior and psychological characteristics of the tourists along the line,as well as the configuration perception of the service system,and the recycling information are analyzed by SPSS.Statistical analysis,guided by the theory of tourism system and the theory of supply and demand equilibrium,constructs the service system of the tourist highway and grades the degree of configuration.Finally,the optimization path of Nanshan eco-tourism highway service system is discussed.The characteristics and main conclusions of this study are as follows: Different from the traditional research on point-like,planar and other closed tourist destinations,the research object selected in this paper is the open-line linear tourism space.Different from the previous research on tourism highway route selection scheme and landscape design,this paper starts with the service construction along the route and builds a tourism highway service system evaluation system.Moreover,taking the Urumqi Nanshan Eco-tourism Highway as a case study,the five major modules of the main service subsystem,the transportation service subsystem,the recreation service subsystem,the information service subsystem and thesecurity service subsystem are constructed with the tourists' perception as an important reference factor.The composition of the tourist road service system.Then,based on the determination of the degree of service configuration,recommendations are made for the optimization path of each subsystem.At the same time,in order to ensure the coordinated operation of the whole system,a multi-subjective operation mode of government,market and society has been proposed to provide high-quality services for tourists along the route,with a view to promoting the construction and development of local tourist roads.
