In order to supply power for portable electronic devices of passengers on the aircraft,more and more researches about the design and application of In-Seat Power System have been carried out in the industry.The establishment of In-Seat Power System design specification and safety design technical index is the key.This thesis takes the power system security design and its application implementation technology of the In-Seat Power System as the research topic,the full text of the main research content is divided into three parts.First for the application in the field of civil aviation which airworthiness standards must the In-Seat Power System be compliance are studied,mainly studies the technical regulations of the CCAR21 and CCAR25 that issued by the CAAC,also including the security authorized technical requirements issued by the FAA and EASA.By means of consultation with the local administration of CAAC,the article of airworthiness examination and approval that the application of the system should conform to is formulated.Combinating FAA and EASA for the security of the PED power supply system on the aircraft airworthiness issued by the examination and approval requirements,the aircraft cabin power system security design specification are studied,determines the design of system structure and technical indicators,the safety design parameters including the response current leakage protection and response time,temperature of overheating protection Settings,intelligent power management solutions,etc.,to guide the specific cabin power supply system design.The safety design of aircraft cabin power supply system focuses on the system architecture design,intelligent power management technology,leakage protection technology,over-voltage/under-voltage protection technology,short-circuit protection technology,overheating protection technology,child lock design technology and so on.The In-Seat Power System include the Advanced Master Control Unit,the In-Seat Power Module,the Outlet Unit and the IN-USE Light.The crew can conveniently monitor the system,identificate the fault equipment,maintenance and replace the fault equipment on the aircraft.at the same time systematically consider its overall layout and installation on the plane design,to realize the safety of the aircraft cabin power system in the cabin layout.The overall layout and installation design of the power supply system in the cabin have been systematically considered to ensure the safe layout of the power system in the cabin.Combined with specific airworthiness provisions and experimental standards,the functional test of aircraft cabin power supply system,DO160 environmental test and installed EMI test specifications were developed.DO160 is taken as the environmental reliability verification standard,and various expected environments of the equipment,including temperature,humidity,high and low air pressure,vibration,power supply conditions,electromagnetic compatibility,static electricity,etc.,are considered.Through series of functions,environment and installation tests,the results show that the safety design of aircraft cabin power supply system conforms to the requirements of civil aviation regulations and technical standards.et the requirements of installation,the aircraft modification project of domestic airlines was applied to realize the localization of the cabin power system of civil aviation aircraft,and the safety design and airworthiness technical standard system of the cabin power system of domestic aircraft was formed.
