After so many years of development,the securities market as an important part of the financial market and has a good foundation for development.The stock market has also become one of the important channels for residents to invest.Judging whether the investment goal has investment value or not is the key for investors to make profits in the volatile securities market.Knowing as much as possible about the investment value and risk of listed companies is not only a way to view the investment market rationally,but also a responsible attitude towards themselves.Taking BYD Company,the leading enterprise in the new energy automobile sector,as an example,this paper first expounds the basic information such as the research significance background in the introduction,then introduces the value concept and evaluation model of the enterprise,and at the same time clarifies it.The enterprise value to be studied in this paper is the intrinsic value.Next,the EVA and FCFF valuation models which will be used in this paper are introduced in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two models are compared.The applicability of the two models and the reasons for choosing the two models are briefly analyzed.Then,the policy of new energy vehicles in China is analyzed.At the same time,the current situation and characteristics of the industry are summarized,and the reasons for choosing BYD are indicated.Finally,the reasons for the above analysis results are summarized,and the existing problems of the model and the prospects for future research are analyzed.It has certain theoretical significance to enrich the investment value evaluation system of the new energy industry,which makes the investment of investors tend to be rational.
