Abstract/Summary:
As a safe and economical form of support,smw construction method has been widely used in many soft soil areas across the country.Compared with other regions,the foundation construction pit of smw construction method in Weihai mainly uses tension anchor support structures.This paper takes the tension anchor SMW construction support system in Weihai as the research object,study the scheme design,construction,calculation model and deformation law of the anchor pull smw method in Weihai area in depth using data collection,case analysis,numerical simulation analysis and analogy analysis.The characteristics of this type of foundation pit are discussed in the limit state of the pile,anchor,and soil,and the deformation characteristics of the pile and soil are established.The main safety control indicators of the foundation pit are established.The analysis shows that the upper-soft lower-hard stratum sedimentary unit structure is the geological foundation of the tension anchor SMW construction method commonly used in foundation pit engineering in Weihai area.It has the characteristics of low embedding,multiple anchor cables,and easy excavation construction.The application proves that the support form is an economical and reasonable type.The selection of the upper two rows of anchor cables and the embedded soil and rock layer in the tension anchor SMW construction method is the key to effectively control the deformation and safety of the foundation pit.When the depth of the tension anchor SMW supporting foundation pit does not exceed 13 m,the control value of the horizontal displacement of the pile top relative to the depth of the foundation pit is 0.15%,and the control value of the vertical displacement of the pile top relative to the depth of the foundation pit is 0.12%.
