| To ensure the safety of separation,research on the safety separation of airborne missiles is a basic requirement for airborne missiles to complete their combat missions.The existing research methods include separation trajectory simulation based on nested CFD numerical calculation,CTS(Capture Trajectory System)wind tunnel test and flight test,which are all costly and time-consuming.A concise and practical criterion is needed to judge whether the separation process is safe or not.In addition,the existing safety analysis methods are carried out under the nominal conditions,as parameters that are used in the analysis,such as: the size of the ejection force,the role of points,are nominal parameters,while in actual use these parameters are in error.Therefore,in the study of safety separation,the following problems need to be solved: "Which parameters affect the separation security","how much is the permissible change interval of the parameter","the result of the separation decision is more sensitive to which parameters’ s change”,etc.Based on the above problems and assumptions,the main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Using the Schoch’s criterion,that the separated missile must descend a certain distance in a definite time after the separation,the Schoch’s criterion for safe separation assesement in the vertical plane was established,and the safety separation area was constructed.The criterion was composed of two determination coefficients,which were the relative velocity and relative acceleration of the missile relative to the aircraft in the vertical plane.Schoch’s criterion was a sufficient condition for judging whether a missile was safely separated.2.The calculation of the coefficients in the Schoch’s criterion required solving the separation trajectory,involving aerodynamic modeling.Based on the modeling thought of superposition of perturbation,the aerodynamic model of missile in separation process was regarded as "uniform flow model + perturbation model",and the regression model of sampling data was established by using multivariate orthogonal function least squares method,which could give us the concrete expressions of the uniform flow model and the perturbation model.The model results were compared with CFD data and CTS data,which verified the correctness of aerodynamic modeling method.3.Using the above method,the security of a missile separation process was determined and the correctness of the criteria was verified.The Monte Carlo method was used to analyze the impact of the ejection force and ejection moment and the mass on the safety of separation,and obtain their tolerance ranges and sensitivity analyzes.The logistic regression algorithm in machine learning was used to classify and predict the results of the separation,and the results showed that it had high accuracy. |
