| As the main material of the building,concrete is the foundation of modern architecture.However,due to the irregularity and insufficient performance of structural design,construction and material use,it is very easy to cause cracks in concrete walls and components,causing quality problems from current concrete buildings.According to the statistics of quality problems,the cracks and the leakage caused by them have become the high quality problems of concrete buildings,which seriously affect the use and safety of buildings.In this context,this paper adopts the mechanism of cracks related to building cracks.Based on the theoretical analysis,based on the theoretical analysis,the first phase of a commercial building is taken as a research example.By designing the relevant survey and inspection plan,the concrete structural parameters appearing during the site acceptance are measured,and the cracks are leaked.The phenomenon was investigated on site,and the main influencing factors of concrete cracks were obtained by statistics,induction and classification analysis,and relevant preventive measures were proposed to improve the service life and impermeability of construction cement and ensure the quality and safety of the whole building.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In-depth study and analysis of the current research status of concrete cracks and leaks at home and abroad,combined with the research background of this topic,determined the combination of theoretical and practical survey data to study and analyze the causes of crack formation and formation.To master the treatment methods of cracks and leaks;(2)From the perspective of structural mechanics,based on the structural tensile stress,the formation mechanism of concrete crack and leakage is analyzed.On the basis of understanding the formation mechanism,the common methods and models for concrete crack and leakage analysis are carried out.In this paper,the mathematical model of crack formation based on structural tensile stress is presented.The basic principle and analysis method of the model are introduced theoretically.(3)Based on the analysis of the previous model theory,according to the research needs,the survey point layout scheme was designed to collect the survey data of different locations of concrete quality in the construction of a commercial building.In the design of the collection scheme,reasonable setting Layout collection points,designing structural strength and tensile force acquisition and measurement methods,data acquisition and statistical analysis of sampling points were completed,and the effects of structural strength and structural tensile.stress on crack formation were analyzed from the data angle.According to the data analysis law And the statistics of the crack phenomena observed on the site,comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that the tensile stress is too low is the main factor leading to the crack,and it is concluded that the design of the relevant indicators should be strengthened in the structural design to improve the tensile stress of the concrete;(4)Based on the statistical analysis of the data of different survey points,based on the data obtained from the survey,the preliminary analysis of the causes of cracks and leaks is completed,and then based on the survey data,the design and construction treatment of structural stress are deepened.The causes of cracks and seepage are analyzed.The mathematical simulation model is built for cracks and seepage.The model can predict the development of cracks and seepage based on historical data,and predict the development and distribution characteristics of cracks.Finally,The mathematical model design and algorithm implementation are completed in matlab environment.The P14 sampling point data is predicted and analyzed,and the correctness and reliability of the model and prediction algorithm are verified. |
