With the continuous expansion of the capacity of thermal power plants,the number of heating users continues to increase,and the efficiency and control requirements for central heating are getting higher and higher.However,at present,many thermal power plants in China still implement manual operation control,and the degree of automation is relatively low,resulting in The heat transfer efficiency of the system is not high,and the heating quality is poor.Therefore,it is very necessary to establish an unattended heat exchange station monitoring system.Based on the research of Dalian Thermal Power Group,this paper develops a monitoring system for unattended heat exchange station based on PLC and configuration software,which integrates HVAC technology,communication technology and computer technology,and collects the important importance of real-time thermal system.Data,real-time monitoring of the operation of the equipment in the heat exchange station,to achieve centralized control of the equipment network,through the selection of Siemens S7-300,with Beijing Kunlun state 10 inch LCD touch screen TPC1262 Hi,to form a field-level monitoring system,while through the PID algorithm module The pressure at the pressure point is constant and the pressure difference between the water supply and the return water is stabilized,and the primary side pressure and temperature,the secondary side supply,the return water pressure and the temperature are monitored in real time.The system can complete remote data communication through industrial Ethernet and monitoring center,and control the operating conditions of each device of the heat exchange station in real time,which helps the on-duty personnel to discover and process fault information in time,and ensure the safe and effective operation of the thermal system.The system has real-time alarm,fault diagnosis,data report generation,historical data query and other functions.The unattended heat exchange station monitoring system can collect the main information and key data of the city's heating outlets.Through centralized monitoring,real-time data updating,remote operation and other functions,the unsupervised automatic control of the heat exchange station is realized.The more scientific,more efficient and more standardized management of the entire thermal system has improved the efficiency of the heat exchange station system,saved the cost of the heating company,produced huge economic benefits,and reduced environmental pollution.The system has been officially put into use through project acceptance.Up to now,the company has saved 12% of thermal energy,saved 15% of energy,saved labor costs by 500,000,and reduced CO2 emissions by 6%.The unattended heat exchange station monitoring system has the characteristics of simple operation,high automation level,high system efficiency and low maintenance cost,and is the mainstream direction of central heating development in the future.
