Under the call of the national “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,the innovative incubator,as an important carrier of economic innovation and development,has expanded rapidly in the number of buildings.In the new era,the innovative incubator generated by the transformation and upgrading of the incubator has changed in the incubation mode,industrial behavior and entrepreneurial behavior.Existing innovative incubator buildings are increasingly difficult to meet the increasing space requirements under iteration.Based on these concerns,this paper breaks through the traditional design concept and the limitations of the empirical design of ordinary office space.Through the space,it strives to make the building space adaptable and variability with elastic design,thus solving the existing innovative incubator.The limitations of the building have enabled the long-term development of innovative incubator buildings,thereby improving the quality of the entrepreneurial environment and improving the development efficiency of the innovation and entrepreneurship.This article is based on the logic of asking questions,analyzing problems,and solving problems.Firstly,the introduction part makes a basic analysis of the background of the topic selection,clarifies the related concepts and connotations of innovative incubator architecture and elastic space design,and organizes relevant research results at home and abroad,and establishes the research direction and objectives of this paper.The second chapter summarizes the development history and construction status of the innovative incubator building,and analyzes its development trend.Then it refines and summarizes the elastic space design theory,makes the elastic space design theory clear,and finally incubates the innovative incubator.The three intrinsic factors of model,industrial behavior characteristics and entrepreneurial behavior characteristics are analyzed,and the elastic design is introduced into the innovative incubator building space.Secondly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of each constituent space of the innovative incubator building,and analyzes the elastic characteristics of each element involved in the design of the innovative incubator’s elastic space design,and clarifies the four-element collaborative design of function,space,shape,structure and equipment.The importance of creating a flexible space.Then,the correspondingly successful innovative incubator construction projects were interpreted accordingly,and the basic principles of innovative incubator construction elastic space design were refined.Based on the above analysis of phenomena and principles,the thesis finally draws the dynamic design of function,the variable adaptive design of space,the expansion design of spatial form,the advanced application of structure and equipment,and the flexibility of innovative incubator architecture.Space design strategy.And through the actual project to make a practical test on the design strategy proposed in the articleThis paper explores the flexible space design of innovative incubator buildings,and strives to make the innovative incubator building space meet both its current incubation needs and future developments,so that it can remain in the dynamic process of continuous development,adjustment and adaptation.Enduring vitality and realizing sustainable and healthy development.
