In recent years,new energy vehicles has begun to enter the mass consumer market,sold 23.71 million cars in China in 2018,the new energy car sales in 1.25 million,more than 5.3%,from the global new energy car sales by about 2 million vehicles,China accounted for as high as 62.5%,new energy vehicles will become the important technical way of Chinese car companies realize corner overtaki ng.In this context,domestic main engine manufacturers have launched new energy vehicles,especially new energy microcars.At present,most of these new energy micro cars are modified from the traditional fuel oil cars.The whole vehicle infrastructure ha s some limitations and cannot meet the requirements of the new energy micro car battery layout.And the main plant in the new energy microcar outlook is still uncertain,and rarely will the new development of the new energy vehicle chassis platform.Therefore,the new energy vehicle chassis reform based on the traditional fuel oil vehicle chassis platform has become the development focus.In this paper,based on the traditional fuel microcar chassis,we find a kind of rear suspension transverse plate spring suspension which is conducive to the layout of new energy vehicles with large batteries for matching layout design.The problem of interference between the rear suspension of the torsion beam and the new battery is solved.Based on the chassis platform development method,the rear suspension is designed under the principle of borrowing large platform parts from the vehicle.Using ADAMS software,a dynamic model was established to analyze the K&C performance of the new energy microcar suspension,including parallel wheel jump,reverse wheel jump,longitudinal force load,lateral force load,and positive torque load,so as to find out the space for optimization.According to Pareto optimal solution algorithm,the suspension system of new energy microcar is optimized.Finally,the ADAMS software is used to extract the data of static load and dynamic load from the front and rear suspension for CAE simulation analysis of the body and chassis structure.and the final design scheme was obtained.
