With the application of the Low-medium speed maglev train,the new maglev project in Beijing,Changsha and other cities raised the speed for demand.The institutions such as National University of Defense Technology have carried out various speed-increasing schemes on the basis of existing suspension-oriented structure,which sets higher requirement for the reliability of the suspension system.In this research,the fault-tolerant scheme is designed at the levels of system,control strategy and controller,with calculation and analysis of the reliability requirements required by the operation of medium speed maglev suspension system,as well as the consideration of relative thoughts of hardware redundancy and active fault tolerance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.In view of the current research status and operation requirements of medium speed maglev train,this paper calculates and analyzes the reliability requirements to the suspension system,which are decided by train operation.On the basis of the reliability requirements,this paper propose a fault-tolerant scheme based on the joint structure,the fault-tolerant control strategy based on the analytic method,and a computer-designed suspension-control scheme based on the Dual-Machine Hot-Standby.2.The fault-tolerant scheme of the joint structures and end-redundant electromagnet improve the reliability of the suspension system at the system level.Also,through analytic method and the numerical method,the constraints of this scheme are clarified.3.The active fault-tolerant control strategy is designed for the change of the joint structure before and after the system failure,which improves the reliability of the suspension system at the control strategy level.And the feasibility of the suspension system is verified by simulation.4.According to the high reliability requirement of the suspension system,a suspension system control computer based on the dual-machine hot-standby is designed,and its single machine control board and arbitration module are verified.The fault-tolerant scheme of the joint structures and suspension control computers are proposed in the paper,which could provide reference for engineering research in order to meet the demand of the medium speed maglev train.
