After the 1860s,with the creation of mechanical equipment and the extensive used of industrial modernization achievements,it not only brought prosperity to human life in the whole world and region,but also greatly promoted the direct impact of industrial machinery on environmental noise.Since then,the researchers of fluid machinery had more research and higher requirements on the noise control of centrifugal pump.Based on the numerical simulation method,this paper took the inducer centrifugal pump as the research object,discussed the influence of the clocking effect of the inducer rotor on the hydraulic characteristics,pressure fluctuation and noise of the centrifugal pump.It provided a reference for the study of the acoustic performance of the inducer centrifugal pump.In this thesis the influence of the clocking effect of the inducer rotor on the noise of the inducer centrifugal pump was deeply discussed and investigated1、By analyzed the influence of the rotor timing effect on the hydraulic characteristics of the centrifugal pump,the results showed that the induction wheel rotor timing effect changes the strength of the dynamic and static interference between the impeller and the volute by affecting the impact position of the tail flow of the induction wheel blade on the impeller blade Weak,but it has no obvious effect on the change of its head and efficiency.The flow conditions of the induction wheel centrifugal pumps at different timing positions are very complicated,there are obvious backflows and vortices,and this phenomenon has a significant improvement with the increase of the flow rate;in addition,there are also between the parts With obvious pressure gradient,the interference between them is the main factor affecting the pressure fluctuation of centrifugal pumps.2、After analyzing the influence of rotor clocking effect on the pressure fluctuation of centrifugal pump,the results showed that the main effect of the change of the clocking effect of the inducer rotor is to change the phase of the pressure pulsation.The different monitoring points of each component first reach the peak and valley at the C_P=0 clocking position,and the static pressure reaches the maximum value at that position,and other positions have different degrees of lag.The pressure fluctuation characteristics are closely related to the number of impeller blades and the speed of pump.The amplitude fluctuation of pressure fluctuation in centrifugal pump is most affected by impeller,and the impeller frequency and its double frequency of each component showed obvious discrete characteristics.3、By analyzed the influence of rotor clocking effect on the internal field noise of centrifugal pump,the results showed that the clocking effect and the sound pressure level of centrifugal pump was approximately three times positively correlated.Impeller induced noise was the main source of induced wheel centrifugal pump noise.The change of the clocking effect of the inducer rotor had the greatest impact on the induced noise of the impeller.The presence of a proper clocking effect can reduce the induced noise of the impeller,so as to reduced the noise of the master pump. |
