Automobile industry is the pillar industry of our country,which embodies the comprehensive national strength of our country.The level of automobile technology is an important indicator to measure the development quality of automobile industry.In order to improve China's automobile technology level and speed up the high-quality development of the automobile industry,in September2017,the Ministry of industry and information technology issued the measures for the parallel management of the average fuel consumption and new energy vehicle credits of passenger vehicle enterprises(hereinafter referred to as the "double credit system"),which carried out double accounting for the average fuel consumption and new energy vehicle credits of passenger vehicle manufacturers.The average fuel consumption is mainly related to the technology level of traditional energy vehicles,and the new energy vehicle integral is related to the endurance capacity(battery technology level)of new energy vehicles.In this context,improving the technology level of vehicles has become the main way for enterprises to deal with the "double integral system".Therefore,in this paper,the technology innovation management theory,game theory and other theories are synthetically used,and the method of combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation is used to study the technology acquisition of automobile manufacturing enterprises,starting from improving the level of automobile technology and improving the integral.First of all,this paper studies the technology acquisition strategy when enterprises produce both traditional and new energy vehicles at the same time.Aiming at new energy vehicle technology and traditional energy vehicle technology,four technology licensing transaction models are established to study the strategy selection of technology licensing transaction of automobile enterprises.The results show that:the integral price within a certain range can promote automobile enterprises to implement the traditional energy vehicle and new energy vehicle technology licensing transaction at the same time;From the perspective of production,foreign automobile enterprises only accepts the technology license transaction of traditional energy vehicles or does not implement any technology license transaction,but from the perspective of profit,it is not the best choice for the industry not to implement any technology licensetransaction.Secondly,the paper studies the battery technology acquisition strategy when the enterprise produces new energy vehicles.It constructs the self-made decision-making model and the outsourcing decision-making model for the industry chain to acquire the battery technology,and compares the self-made decision-making strategy and the outsourcing decision-making strategy of the industry chain.The results show that the new energy vehicle enterprise R&D and production(self-made)is a better battery technology Technology acquisition mode,but the outsourcing decision-making industry chain can improve the technology level of the acquired battery by improving the research and development ability of the battery.In addition,the introduction of government subsidy mechanism into the industrial chain of outsourcing battery technology of new energy vehicle enterprises can also improve the battery technology level acquired by new energy vehicle enterprises.Subsequently,the cooperative research and development contract for acquiring new energy vehicle battery technology is set.From the perspective of new energy vehicle industry chain cooperation research,a game model of cooperative R&D and non cooperative R&D is established.It is considered that cooperative R&D is more effective.In order to achieve the effect of industrial chain cooperative R&D,a R&D cost sharing contract and the R&D cost sharing contract that restricts the battery price are designed.The results show that when the R&D cost sharing ratio is high,the battery technology level of new energy vehicle manufacturers is higher than that of cooperative R&D;in the R&D cost sharing contract that restricts the battery price,when the ratio coefficient meets certain conditions,the battery technology and industrial chain profits of new energy vehicle manufacturers are higher than that of cooperative R&D.At last,the conclusion of this paper is summarized,and the suggestion of technology acquisition is put forward for automobile manufacturers,and the lack of research and the next research direction are summarized.
