With the development of the city,the metro is becoming the symbol in the city development,and there are hundreds of cities in the world with the metro.As the city transportation means,the metro has many outstanding advantages,such as save energy,decrease land utilization rate,less traffic disruption and so on.However because the increasing passenger loads,the safety of the metro has become the key point concerned,especially for the reliability of its power supply operation system is unknown in people’s minds.Metro company will always follow the design policy of "safety first,prevention first",the safety of the power supply operation system should be considered first,and the design of the corresponding power supply safety management system has become more and more important.Firstly,metro power supply system is deeply analysed.Combined with the current high voltage power supply system,traction power supply system,power lighting power supply system and power monitoring system,the safety and reliability of metro power supply system and the influence factors of power supply system are analysed.Secondly,the defects of existing safety management system in rail transit are analysed,especially the power supply without high safety properties,the power supply system safety management lacks the integrity of online misoperation prevention,the uncertainty and absence of the supervision effected by the man-made operation are brought hidden trouble on the safety and reliability of the entire power supply system.According to the safety rules and regulations of the power supply system in rail transit,combining with computer technology and network system,a set of complete,reliable and safe power supply safety management system is excogitated.Finally,the Power Supply Safety Management System of Lanzhou Metro is studied and developed,which includes five subsystems,such as anti-misoperation lock,catenary visual grounding operation system,operation ticket,work ticket and patrol inspection.The reliable means in technology is adopted in the operation subsystem,and the mistake defense management from the aspects of authority management,simulation operation preview,logic judgment and equipment forced locking are adopted in the operation of electrical equipment.On the premise of ensuring safety,the catenary visual grounding operation system can reduce thelabor intensity effectively,shorten the working time and improve the working efficiency.The operation ticket sub-system transforms the manual paper operation ticket mode into the electronic process and the process management network mode,and an unified administration mode is implemented in the electric operation ticket of the Rail Transit Power Supply System.Based on the working ticket processing flow of the Rail Transit Power Supply Operation Management,the information flow of the working ticket in the working ticket sub-system such as billing,issuing,receiving,permitting,executing and terminating are completed on the computer network,it has the functions of inquiry and statistical analysis of work tickets,and the electronic management of work tickets is realized.The patrol inspection standard is standardized,and the process of equipment patrol inspection is quantified in the patrol inspection subsystem,which can assist the patrol staff in carrying out daily patrol inspection work,and ensure the patrol inspection is in place,so that the implementation of the inspection system is guaranteed effectively,and the degree of information in the inspection work management is improved,which can assist the management staff to manage the inspection work.Through the perfect power supply operation safety system,the real-time monitoring of the subway safe operation and maintenance are completed to improve the safety and maintenance efficiency of equipment operation.
