| As the most mature solar thermal power generation technology commercially applied in the world,the parabolic trough solar thermal power generation technology is attracting more and more research teams at home and abroad to study and apply it.As an important part of the parabolic trough solar thermal power generation system,the solar concentration efficiency of the solar concentrator will directly affect the power generation efficiency of the entire power station.In addition to the inherent material properties of the solar concentrator,installation errors and distortion of the mirror surface also are the factors that affect the focusing efficiency,and they both will change the shape of the solar concentrator,thereby reducing the solar concentration efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to study the surface shape measurement of the parabolic trough solar thermal power.Based on the above research background and significance,this paper focuses on the existing problems of the surface shape measurement of the parabolic trough solar thermal power,and proposes a new surface shape measurement that can achieve efficient,accurate and low-cost detection.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:1.Based on the theoretical overlay photographic approach,this paper proposes an innovative method for surface shape measurement of the parabolic trough mirror,and in-depth studies the measurement principle of the surface shape measurement.According to the law of reflection of light,the principle of reversibility of light,and the definition of the intercept factor,by comparing the surveyed photographic images and the theoretical images of the heat collection element in the mirrors,an important evaluation index of the surface shape-the intercept factor-can be calculated.2.Based on the new surface shape measurement,the corresponding surface shape measurement experiment is designed,and the calibration method of the face shape detection system is studied in depth.At the same time,different image processing algorithms are analyzed and compared,and the image processing algorithms suitable for the surface shape measurement system are selected to improve the accuracy of surface shape measurement.3.In this paper,TracePro software is used to establish a geometric model consistent with the experimental conditions.The theoretical intercept factor of parabolic trough mirror is obtained by ray tracing technology simulation,and compared with the experimental results,to verify the correctness and feasibility of the surface shape measurement method. |
