In recent years,the wide application and development of Internet technology have brought great changes in the choice and implementation of corporate marketing strategies.More and more enterprises adopt the marketing model of offline and online at the same time.The following network marketing has become an important marketing tool for many enterprises.How to effectively use network resources and then formulate corresponding marketing strategies for the enterprises has become an urgent problem for many enterprises.“Internet +” and application of big data make the barriers to entry of sales channels lower and lower,and the market becomes more transparent,and it becomes easier and easier for consumers to compare prices and performance between physical stores and different e-commerce providers.This paper takes Xi ' an Gedi company as the case study object.Through actual research,the first-hand information obtained and found that the current problems of Xi'an Gedi brand strategy,product mix strategy,price strategy,promotion strategy,after-sales service system and other aspects of Xi'an Gedi company were found.Furthermore,the existing marketing strategies of Xi'an Gedi enterprise are analyzed by PEST,SWOT,STP and other methods.Propose a series of optimization strategies: product optimization strategy,price optimization strategy,promotion system optimization strategy,distribution optimization strategy,customer service optimization strategy,and blue ocean market development strategy.And put forward the following safeguard measures: improve the company system safeguard measures,perfect the financial management system,complete the human resources allocation and management safeguard measures.Through the research of this paper,it is expected that Xi'an Gedi company and similar household appliance marketing companies can adapt to the development and changes of network marketing in the data age,make full use of appropriate theoretical analysis tools and advanced technical analysis tools to analyze the marketing situation in real time,and discover problems immediately,improve marketing strategies and increase market share.
