In recent years,the problems of global environmental pollution and energy crisis have become increasingly prominent,the new energy industry has developed rapidly,and electric vehicles have received widespread attention from governments,automobile companies and related scholars in various countries due to their zero pollution and high efficiency.As one of the cores of electric vehicles,the motor and its drive control system are an important guarantee for the high efficient and reliable operation of electric vehicles.Under the existing battery technology,the motor drive system with high efficiency and wide speed range has become the mainstream of the current electric vehicle drive research field.This paper takes V Type Leakage Flux Controllable Interior Permanent Magnet(V-LFC-IPM)motor with characteristics of flux control,high efficiency,wide speed regulation and other characteristics as the research object,and proposes a open-winding V-LFC-IPM motor drive system,and conduct in-depth research on the motor characteristics,mathematical modeling,modulation strategy,control strategy and other aspects of the drive system.The main research contents of the full text include:(1)Introduce basic working principles and motor structural design of the V-LFC-IPM motor,and analyze the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor in detail,including back EMF,flux linkage,inductance,torque,and the magnetic regulation characteristics of the motor;On this basis,the mathematical model of the motor is derived and established.Based on MATLAB / Simulink simulation tool,the vector control simulation model of V-LFC-IPM motor is constructed,and finally the dSPACE1007 is combined to carry out experimental research on the processing prototype.(2)The spatial voltage vector distribution and zero-sequence voltage characteristics of the V-LFC-IPM motor drive system based on open winding are studied,the mathematical model of the open winding drive system is constructed,and the basic principles of the two open winding modulation strategies are analyzed in detail.And summarized the internal relationship between the two modulation strategies,and finally verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis through experimental.(3)The cause of zero-sequence current of the system is analyzed in detail,and a compound controller based on the inner membrane principle is proposed to suppressed the zero-sequence current of the open-winding V-LFC-IPM motor drive system;An open-winding V-LFC-IPM motor zero-sequence current suppression system was constructed,the motor performance under zero-sequence current suppression was studied,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the control strategy were verified through experimental.(4)In order to improve the reliability of the system,a bridge arm multiplexing principle based on the open-winding intermediate hexagonal modulation strategy is studied.Starting with two intermediate hexagonal modulation strategies,the system bridge arm multiplexing mechanism which realizes the bridge arm multiplexing of any combination of single bridge arms,any combination of double bridge arms and partially combined triple bridge arms is analyzed in detail.The accuracy and feasibility of the multiplexing mechanism of the bridge arm are verified through experiments,which lays the foundation for further research and application of the V-LFC-IPM motor system.
