Under the background of the high development of power electronics technology,combined with the abundant permanent magnet materials in China,the application of permanent magnet synchronous motor is very extensive.It is of far-reaching to save energy and improve the efficiency and stability of the motor.The main body of this paper is the air conditioning compressor in the field of home appliances.The compressor driven by permanent magnet synchronous motor as the core,mostly due to the rotor in a full cycle with compressed gas,suction and exhaust the three working status,makes the low frequency load torque during operation with the rotor state transformation,so you can know the low-frequency load torque during operation period of nonlinear volatility,and control effect will not make direct axis current mutation of electromagnetic torque,so will produce electromagnetic torque and load torque mismatch phenomenon,which resulted in the reduction system stability,and even produce chattering.Therefore,a torque compensation scheme for this phenomenon is proposed,and a pattern was set up and a simulation experiment was executed.This article first from the research background is introduced the importance of the research of PMSM,and the comparison between PMSM induction motor is given,and briefly illustrates the air conditioning compressor used for permanent magnet synchronous motor of reason.The torque compensation problem of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed by consulting relevant literature,and then the corresponding compensation control strategy of others is summarized,and its advantages and disadvantages are compared.Next,the general classification of motor is briefly introduced,and its structure and function are explained accordingly.This paper discusses the development course of the main motor,then introduces the corresponding mathematical model to analyzethe control of the motor,mentions some formula derivation,and simplifies the whole structure.Then,the main control strategy is classified and introduced,and the strategy algorithm of PMSM with high correlation is mainly recommended.The theory and application of vector dominate are recommended,while the direct torque control is just a brief description.And finally made the choice.In the vector control strategy,the direct axis current zero control strategy is used as the control strategy of air conditioning compressor.At the same time,considering that the internal operation system of the air conditioning compressor has a high sealing property and the working area is relatively harsh,the mechanical position sensor has poor working performance in this state and is easy to be damaged.Therefore,the sensor less algorithm is adopted to obtain the rotor position information.In this paper,the sliding mode controller scheme is adopted to push Back-EMF of the motor and calculate the rotor speed according to the error between the given current and the feedback current.In order to achieve the final torque compensation,solve the problem of torque ripple,a series of related literatures,expounds the theory of repetitive control process of cyclical fluctuations has the very good guidance,ultimately determine the idea of repetitive control of compressor torque compensation,put forward the combined repetitive control and torque compensation,at the same time with three cycle for a whole torque compensation,the compensation precision is improved,the overall flow chart and establish simulation model,finally it is concluded that the simulation results and the analysis,after verification,the scheme is effective.
