Study On The Influence Mechanism And Countermeasures Of Exogenous Factors On The Construction Quality Risk Of High Pile Beam Slab Wharf

China is in the period of high-speed economic development of infrastructure construction,project scale and investment are increasing,the number of port and navigation projects is also increasing,and the construction of high-stake beam and slab wharf is one of the important projects.The construction of high-stake beam and slab wharf is located at the edge of rivers,lakes and seas.Due to the influence of some complex factors such as environment,geology,transportation and humanities,uncontrolled construction quality events often occur,resulting in actual problems such as casualties,delays in construction period and unsatisfactory project quality,which not only causes huge economic losses to the country,but also has a serious adverse impact on society.Through reading the literature,it is found that the research on Influencing Factors of construction quality of construction project is relatively mature,and the research on Influencing Factors of construction quality of high-stake beam and slab wharf construction project has corresponding literature elaboration,but more is based on comprehensive analysis under the normal angle of view of "people,machine,material,method and ring",lacking of specific and in-depth research under special conditions.Because the construction of high-stake beam and slab wharf has been constructed in open field for a long time,the special and complicated geological environment in water area,natural climatic conditions in different periods and regions,and regional differences of social and human conditions are different from the influencing factors of construction quality of general projects.These uncontrollable factors come from outside the main body of construction,and the research on influencing construction quality has not been caused.Sufficient attention has not been paid to the function relationship of external factors,and the effect of external factors can not be effectively controlled by the conventional quality management measures within the construction unit,which makes the construction quality of high-stake beam and slab wharf out of control events occur frequently.In order to solve the problem of out of control construction quality of high pile beam slab wharf more effectively,based on the main body of construction,this paper divides the factors affecting construction quality into two categories: endogenous and exogenous,and focuses on the mechanism of exogenous factors affecting the construction quality of high pile beam slab wharf.Starting from the analysis of the causes of the out of control construction quality of the high pile beam slab wharf,identify and sort out various factors,use the system dynamics method to analyze the interaction between the internal and external factors of the construction quality of the high pile beam slab wharf,and then analyze the action path of the out of control events and get the key links that are prone to out of control,and then use the n-k model to measure the influence degree To obtain the probability of out of control construction quality events influenced by different exogenous factors,to clarify the risk of out of control construction quality,and to achieve effective containment of out of control construction quality through countermeasures such as blocking the way of action and avoiding the risk of out of control.
