| With the development of industrialization and the improvement of people’s living standard in various countries,the construction industry develops rapidly,which leads to the gradual increase of the proportion of building energy consumption to national total energy consumption.And the importance of building energy conservation is more obvious than before.Taking a double-layer glass curtain wall building in Tianjin as an example,this paper simulates the load,energy consumption and energy saving of the building based on BIM technology.In this paper,BIM modeling software is used to complete the physical modeling of a glass curtain wall office building in Tianjin,and the model is imported into the HVAC load calculation software to simulate and calculate the energy consumption of the building’s air conditioning system.At the same time,monitoring the air-conditioner operation data in the building,comparing the simulated value with the operation monitoring value,the error is 6.1%.The load simulation calculation of the air-conditioning system of the building shows that the envelope structure has the greatest impact on the annual load of the building.The orthogonal test method was used to explore the influence of the heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall,exterior window and roof on the air-conditioning load of the building.The results showed that the roof had the greatest impact on the cooling load of the building,and the window with the greatest impact on the heat load was the exterior window;The degree of influence of the construction load throughout the year from large to small is: exterior wall> exterior window> roof.The energy consumption of the office building of the curtain wall was simulated and analyzed,and the effects of the heat transfer performance of the external wall,the heat transfer performance of the external window,and the heat transfer performance of the roof on the energy consumption of the building were studied.The degree of energy consumption in winter and the impact of energy consumption in the whole year are as follows: exterior wall> exterior window> roof.The simulation analysis of the year-round energy consumption of the curtain wall construction in the three cases of single-layer glass curtain wall,double-layer glass curtain wall structure and no-glass curtain wall showed that the annual energy consumption of the building with double-layer glass curtain wall were 21.2% aless than the building without glass curtain wall.Using a single-layer,full-glass curtain wall,the energy consumption of the building is 12.3% higher than that of a non-curtain wall building.Two-layer curtain walls were set up on the four directions of the building to study the effect of the wall orientations on energy consumption.The results showed th at when the double-layer glass curtain walls were set up on four directions(east,so uth,west and north),the order of four directions according to the degree of influen-ce is as followsr:south<west<east<north.The effect of the transmittance of the glass curtain wall on building energy consumption was studied.The results show that with the increase of the transmittance of the inner curtain wall,the energy consumption of the glass curtain wall office building will be reduced in winter,the energy consumption will increase in summer,and the energy consumption will be reduced throughout the year.When the transmittance of the inner curtain wall is between 0.43 and 0.83,the annual energy consumption decreases by 0.17%,0.16%,0.15%,and 0.14%,respectively,with each increase in the light transmittance by 0.1. |
