Belt conveyors are important equipment for transporting bulk materials.The development trend of belt conveyors is long distance,high speed and large volume,which is followed by high energy consumption.Energy consumption includes many unnecessary energy waste,and the energy wasted on the conveyor belt.This may result in a shortened life of the conveyor belt,which further increases the operating cost of the belt conveyor.Studying the energy consumption mechanism on the belt conveyor belt can not only transform the existing belt conveyor,but also help the new belt conveyor with lower energy consumption,longer life and higher value is designed of.The research object of this paper is the steel wire rope rubber conveyor belt.The energy consumption generated on the belt is analyzed from the production mechanism,and the calculation formula of energy consumption is obtained through derivation.The specific work content is as follows:Firstly,by studying the influence of temperature on the rubber body,a model based on the three-element solid model with temperature variables added is proposed.The loading force and displacement curves at different temperatures were obtained by dynamic compression experiments.Then,the first-order Fourier series was used to identify the curves of the parameters in the model as a function of temperature,and the model was correct through experiments.Sex was verified.Considering the influence of the eccentric displacement of the actual roller,the stress and strain distribution at each point of the contact part in the static state is obtained from the contact model of the idler roller and the conveyor belt cover layer at rest.It is known that in the dynamic process of viscoelastic body,the stress will advance the strain,and the stress and strain changes of a certain point in the dynamic process can be obtained.The stress and strain are integrated to obtain the energy consumption of the whole process at this point.According to the energy method,the calculation formula of the indentation resistance coefficient is derived.Then use the indentation resistance coefficient to get the formula for calculating the energy consumption of the depression.The calculation formula of the indentation resistance and the formula of the indentation energy are analyzed.The influence of each parameter on the indentation resistance coefficient is given,and the indentation resistance coefficient curve under the joint influence of the belt speed and temperature,load and temperature is analyzed.By the influence of the obtained belt speed on the indentation resistance coefficient,an approximate calculation method of the energyconsumption of the depression under the variable belt speed is given.The conclusion of the change of the indentation resistance coefficient under the influence of temperature and load is verified by experiments.Firstly,the coal cutting machine is cut by the plow,and the scraper conveyor transfers the material to obtain the distribution curve of the material on the conveyor belt.Using the generalized model of the wire rope rubber conveyor belt,the discrete model of the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor and the discrete model of the conveyor belt of the tensioning device are established.Get the solution equation for the model.Starting with the minimum tension point and the joint point,the model is solved to solve the tension value on each discrete module.After deriving the relationship between the tensile energy consumption and the tension caused by the tension,the obtained tension value is substituted into the formula.Combined with the indentation energy equation obtained in the previous article,the energy consumption of each discrete module in the running state is obtained.The paper has 28 pictures,8 tables,and 55 references.
