| With our country concentrating on the construction of energy internet,multi-energy complementary coupling becomes the efficient path to use renewable energy sources like solar and wind energy.The CCHP system with micro gas turbine as the prime mover turns into the effective carrier to absorb renewable energy sources,because of its flexibility and reliability.The load rate can be adjusted with the fluctuate of load to guarantee the stability of the system energy supply.The strategy evaluation and optimization design of multi-energy coupling CCHP system is very important to improve the comprehensive performance of the system.Based on the coupling utilization of photovoltaic,optothermal and marsh gas,this paper established mathematical and simulation model of the multi-energy coupling CCHP system key components with the method of modularization.Optimization design and strategy evaluation of the system are discussed.Main works: 1)Compared with the Capstone turbine actual running data,the model of micro gas turbine was corrected and the accuracy increased.The operation law was discussed of biogas combustion gas turbine.2)Taking the annual ambient temperature and illumination into consideration,the model of solar energy utilization equipment was established.3)The economy,environmental protection and energy saving are the system optimization goals.The key devices’ capacities and operating parameters were optimized with particle swarm optimization algorithm.4)And the operation strategies including following electric load and following thermal load,control strategies of gas turbine including variable load and full load operation,configuration and start-stop control strategy were analyzed.The utilization strategies of solar including the comprehensive utilization and photovoltaic photothermal integration were also discussed.The optimization and analysis result of small industrial park user shows: the combination property of multi-energy coupling CCHP system has the advantage of more than 21% than the SP system,and there is a three percent increase compared to the traditional CCHP system.When there is no gas turbine configuration the performance of the system was the best when the system operating following the thermal load,the gas turbine working in variable load operation and the photovoltaic/thermal solar technologies was applied.The number can be promoted to 24.2% compared with the SP system.The gas turbine working in full load all year is not suitable for users with fluctuating load.When there is no gas turbine configuration,The combination property of CCHP system is the best when the system operating following the electric load,and the control plan of the prime mover is that the big micro gas turbine is the integral part,while the small micro gas turbine is the assisting part.The combination property can be increased to 25.22 compared with the SP system.The excellent performance is show of the multi-energy coupling CCHP system.It is very meaningful to the design,evaluation,installation and actual operation of the system. |
