In recent years,in order to improve the durability and safety of building structure,it is necessary to waterproof the wall,and then a construction technology of attaching tiles on the waterproof layer has appeared.Due to the difference in performance of waterproof layer and tile adhesive,the risk of tile falling off and empty drum is greatly increased.Therefore,the research on the matching of tile adhesive and waterproof layer is greatly urgent,which is of great significance to reduce the risk of falling off.Firstly,three kinds of tile adhesives were selected to study the matching with two cement-based rigid waterproof coatings,by testing the bonding strength of 7d and 28 d.The influence of three factors,the wetting degree of the base surface,maintenance time of the waterproof layer and curing environment,on the bonding strength were explored.The results show that the wetting degree of the base surface has a significant effect on bonding strength,which is the highest on saturated surface.Properly extending the curing age of waterproof layer is beneficial to improve the bonding strength.In terms of matching,the vitrified tile adhesive has the best matching with two rigid waterproof layers.Secondly,the numerical simulation method was used to study the influence of elastic modulus and thickness of tile adhesive on the stress and displacement in single tile system,and the distribution of dangerous area on the whole tile system.The results show that reducing elastic modulus and thickness of tile adhesive help to reduce the internal stress and displacement value and improve the overall stability of paving system,and the dangerous area of the entire wall is the surrounding,the upper and lower area.Finally,based on the results of experiments and numerical simulations,a new type of tile adhesive with high bonding strength was prepared by using magnesium phosphate cement modified by metakaolin,which has the advantages of small dry shrinkage,good fluidity and controllable operation time.It is useful to reduce the risk of tile hollowing and falling off.The research results of the thesis have guiding significance for the quality control of tile construction and the development of tile adhesives with high performance. |
